Packaging release — no functional changes to the extension itself.
- The extension now has an icon and preview image, so Manage Extensions and the VSIX Gallery listing show a proper tile instead of a blank placeholder.
- The MIT licence is carried inside the .vsix and linked from Manage Extensions.
- Releases are now also published to the VSIX Gallery: https://www.vsixgallery.com/extension/SQLExtended.f1e2d3c4-a5b6-7890-abcd-ef1234567890/
Installing from the gallery, or registering its per-extension feed under Tools > Options > Environment > Extensions > Additional Extension Galleries, puts SQLExtended updates in SSMS's own Manage Extensions > Updates list. The in-SSMS update check still reads the GitHub release feed and is unaffected.
