What's Changed

• Remove using Apple's mDNSResponder directly
• Now our mdns-advertiser will load Apple mDNSResponder records on boot, and clone them (with the exception of _smb and _adisk). This means we advertise our disk for Samba, but we announce all the other records. Things like Airport Utility (via _airport) and printers (via _riousbprint) still work.
• If the original mDNSResponder records are unavailable, we advertise a basic set of _smb, _adisk, _airport, and _device-info records.
