%playback_time% and related fields update in real time in line formats

• %playback_time%, %playback_time_seconds%, %playback_time_ms%, %playback_time_remaining%, and %playback_time_remaining_seconds% previously rendered as a static value because line formats were only evaluated on track/state changes

Fixed

Volume tooltip appeared when the volume bar was hidden

• Mouse wheel volume adjustments showed the dB tooltip even with the volume bar set to Hidden, leaving a floating tooltip with no associated bar

Progress time drifted downward from the seekbar center at larger font sizes

• Raising the time font above size 9 made the elapsed/remaining timers sit visibly below the seekbar center, with the gap widening as the font grew
