Volume Icon Visibility Option

• New "Volume Icon" dropdown in Preferences > Icons tab with "Show" (default) and "Hidden" options
• When hidden, the speaker icon to the left of the volume bar is no longer drawn or interactive
• Volume bar remains functional independently when only the icon is hidden

Volume Bar Visibility Option

• New "Volume Bar" dropdown in Preferences > Icons tab with "Show" (default) and "Hidden" options
• When hidden, the volume slider bar and its drag handle are no longer drawn or interactive
• When both Volume Icon and Volume Bar are hidden, the entire volume area is reclaimed by the layout
