This release's intention is for a final clean-up before archival and does not add any new functionality.

General Clean-Up
- settings: removal of "Account" pages

- backup/restore: no longer utilizes encryption (note: this will require new backups to be made for all future restores)
Unfinished Features
- modules: removal of all work-in-progress pages and subsystems for Overseerr
- localization: removal of all partial localizations and only maintain English
