• Query Timeout Flag - nlm notebook query and nlm query notebook now accept --timeout / -t to set query timeout in seconds (default: 120). Useful for long extraction prompts that need more processing time (closes #57).

nlm notebook query <id> "long extraction prompt" --timeout 300
