Fixes

• Windows JSON parse errors (#35): Added show_banner=False to prevent FastMCP banner from corrupting stdio JSON-RPC protocol on Windows (especially with non-English locales)
• Stdout pollution: Replaced print() statements with proper logging in auth.py and notebooks.py to avoid corrupting MCP stdio communication
• Profile handling: Fixed nlm login --check to use configured default_profile instead of hardcoded "default"
