- Experimental MCP source passage search, disabled by default. Returns bounded source-attributed excerpts, supports notebook aliases and source filters, and avoids logging queries and passages (#391).
- Confirmed chat-history deletion through CLI and MCP, using the active MCP connection and clearing its cached conversation (#392). Live testing corrected the deletion payload to match the current web UI.
Fixed
- Prevent ambiguous-response replay for mutating and unknown RPC requests, including the mixed-use mind-map RPC; preserve safe retries for usage and enterprise listing (#387).
- Use unique temporary collection names and report unconfirmed cleanup instead of hiding it (#388).
- Reject ambiguous notebook titles and invalid concurrency, and deduplicate repeated batch targets (#389).
- Stop authenticated HTML dumps and raw core RPC payload diagnostics (#390). Legacy files are not automatically removed.

- Update setup-uv from 10.3.2 to 10.3.3 across CI and release workflows (#385).
