Cross-notebook citations
Cross-notebook queries now retain each notebook's citations, cited passages when available, and conversation ID. This makes answers easier to trace back to their sources. Failed queries return empty evidence fields, and citations stay separate for each notebook. Thanks @sushmitxo for #384.
Maintenance
Updated the pinned setup-uv and PyPI publishing GitHub Actions (#383, #382).
Validation
- 2,514 local tests passed, 39 skipped, and 42 deselected.
- Ruff lint and formatting checks passed; all five release version declarations match.
- Built the Python wheel, source distribution, and desktop extension locally.
- Release workflows run after publication to validate and publish the package.
