v0.15.6: hardened auth credential writes, fixed collection editing

Fixed

  • Headless sign-in requires a valid notebook API response. Missing or malformed response payloads no longer validate candidate credentials. A valid response with zero notebooks remains accepted (PR #374).
  • Background recovery preserves newer saved credentials. Chromium and Firefox recovery compare the starting credential revision or file-mode authentication state before saving, rejecting stale writes when another process updates the profile (PR #375).
  • Failed profile saves leave the legacy credential cache unchanged. The default account's file-mode root cache is updated only after its profile save succeeds (PR #376).
  • Collection editing works again. Asking Google for a combined rename plus membership change returned INVALID_ARGUMENT for every edit, including re-sending an unchanged list. edit_collection now sends one operation per call (rename, add, remove) carrying only the added or removed notebook IDs. Membership is read before anything is written, and an unknown collection ID raises instead of reporting success (PR #377).

Changed

  • Documented the collections MCP tools (collection_list, collection_create, collection_edit, collection_set_emoji, collection_delete) in the MCP guide, the README feature table and the bundled skill.
