Highlights

files / exclude now support globs (including glob lists), making config filters much easier to read and maintain than heavily-escaped regex.

Before (regex):

files: "^(src/.*\\.rs$|crates/[^/]+/src/.*\\.rs$)"

After (glob list):

files:

    - src/**/*.rs
    - crates/**/src/**/*.rs
