"AM" 4.2.1 is out!

• Option -t, added a new template number 9 to download Appimage packages from the Arch User Repository (AUR);
• Removed all the apps no more available and updated a lot of scripts;
• All the installation scripts for the Appimages are now based on the same template,so it is easier to see what does not works anymore.
