• Updated to YouTube 21.37.5

Fixed:
• 2K and 4K missing from the download quality list

• YTKACE settings opening another tweak's settings when both were installed
YouTube 21.37.5 requires iOS 17, so there are two IPAs:
• YTKACE_1.0.0_YouTube_21.37.5.ipa for iOS 17 and newer
• YTKACE_1.0.0_YouTube_iOS16_21.33.6.ipa for iOS 16
