Added new features and fixed an issue where Traditional Chinese could not be used.

Added

• Added Show Desktop Icons to quickly show or hide all desktop icons at once
• Added Show User Files to place the current user's profile folder on the desktop
• Added Show Network to place the Network icon on the desktop
• Added Show Control Panel to place the Control Panel icon on the desktop
• Added Clipboard History toggle to enable or disable Win+V clipboard history
• Added Window Shake toggle to control the shake gesture that minimizes other open windows

Fixed

• Fixed an issue where Traditional Chinese could not be used even when selected (corrected zh-Hant-TW to zh-TW)
