Windows Desktop Preview

• Makes the portable Windows Preview available directly from the public release page.
• Adds a clear download path from the repository landing page and Windows documentation.
• Publishes an exact versioned win64 ZIP with a matching .sha256 asset.
• Verifies the published release assets after upload and fails closed when expected files are missing or unexpected Windows Preview files are present.

The Windows package is an unsigned portable Preview intended for short tests. Docker remains the recommended option for continuous operation.

Optional integrity verification

The matching .sha256 file is available for users who want to verify download integrity. Checksum verification is optional and does not verify publisher identity or replace a code signature.
