Speedtest Server Switch Fix (#266)

When switching to a new Speedtest-Tracker instance, the local cache now automatically detects the server change and rebuilds. Previously, cached data from the old server would block new results from appearing.

• Auto-detect server switch via URL tracking
• Clear stale cache automatically on switch
• Normalize timestamps to UTC for consistent ordering
• New DELETE /api/speedtest/cache endpoint for manual cache clear

Speedtest Mobile Responsiveness (#265)

• Navigation wraps properly on small screens
• Price form and buttons no longer overflow
• Tables scroll horizontally on mobile
• Shortened column headers for year overview

Other Fixes

• Speedtest trigger timeout increased to 90s (#263)
• Connection monitor card icon aligned with other modules (#262)
