vw.de: colour, model and renders really arrive now when the live reads are walled (#465, toglo's
4.7.11 log). 4.7.11 fetched them on a walled poll and then threw the result away by re-raising the
core failure, so the channel contributed nothing and the log showed the wall twice per poll. The
partial snapshot (static fields only) is now returned; a genuinely dead session still triggers the
refresh and retry.
The render and master-data reads also record their own status, so diagnostics can tell a refused
read apart from one that answered with nothing.
A Data Act request the portal refuses for an account reason is no longer re-sent every few hours
(#1412, thanks @chrisbamtam). When the portal answers "primary user relation is missing tag
EUDA_SCOPED" no Identifier is ever stored, and the attempt timestamp was only checked when one
existed — so the request was posted again on every setup, reload and six-hourly retry, twice per
pass. The same 24-hour backoff now applies without an Identifier; the manual "create data request"
button still retries immediately.
Diagnostics can tell a missing position from a rejected one (#923). The portal's persLocation
leaf is consumed whether or not it parses, so a pin we refused (malformed, out of range, 0/0) used
to leave no trace at all. The refusal is now recorded — the value's shape only, never coordinates.
