Fixed

• Audi/VW Group portal login no longer dies on the Terms & Conditions step with an "accept in the app"
  message when nothing is pending. The T&C auto-accept posted the form without the page's own query
  parameters, which the sign-in service rejects with a branded error page — the same mistake the consent
  step had been cured of earlier this year. The accept now posts exactly like the consent step does, and a
  sign-in-service error page is reported as what it is instead of being blamed on unaccepted terms
  (#1417, thanks @jens762001-cpu).
• A supplementary vw.de channel with a dead web session no longer drags the integration into a refresh
  loop. Every re-login attempt rotated the stored cookies, storing them counted as a settings change, and a
  settings change triggered another refresh — one full cycle every ~10 s, hammering VW's identity server
  and flipping the source sensors. The integration's own bookkeeping writes no longer count as settings
  changes, the vw.de re-login is attempted once per cycle, and manual refreshes compute the channel status
  the same way scheduled polls do (#465, thanks @toglo for the debug log).
• CUPRA/SEAT: when VW's attestation wall blocks every per-car read while the garage still answers, the
  read-only EU Data Act portal is armed automatically. Until now that only happened when the garage call
  itself was blocked; the per-car case left the entry stuck with empty readings, no fallback and a
  re-authentication that changed nothing (#465, thanks @anju1337 for the smoking-gun log).
• "Vehicle data not updated for N hours" no longer fires on cars whose live channel is vw.de. The
  warning measured the age of the EU Data Act portal snapshot only; the vw.de channel now stamps its own
  capture time and the freshest capture across channels counts (#1419, thanks @Ra72xx).
• Porsche: a login that Porsche hands over to its web portal is explained, not just declared a wall.
  The message now says what to do (sign in once at my.porsche.com in a normal browser, complete what it
  shows, retry) and the report link carries the exact portal path (#1400, #1337, #1414).
• EU Data Act request creation: the portal's actual reason is logged when it refuses a request. Only the
  length of the reply was logged, and the wording claimed a rejected duration it could not know (#1412,
  thanks @chrisbamtam).

Added

• Scout feed: single-port charge/fuel flap fields. flap_state, flap_lock_state, flap_error_state
  and plug_lock_state now feed sensors (the dual-port variants already did) (#1413, thanks @hietaki).
• Test cohort: a third MBB probe target (operation list on the EU-DP host) and a 404 class marker, so
  the #584 answer can distinguish a missing route from a gateway "not found" (thanks @Testius007).

3. Restart Home Assistant / Home Assistant neu starten
