Bundle release covering the v2.11.3 fallout. After v2.11.3 unblocked the Auth0 state-token wall, the next bottleneck surfaced: the VW EU signin-service flow is a TWO-step submit (POST email first to get a fresh hmac for the password page, then POST password to a different URL). Plus a handful of upstream-sync fixes for Skoda + small parser additions from the latest scout reports.

Fixed

• VW EU signin-service 2-step SPA login (#388 swebachus, #393 SniperWCW). v2.11.3 extracted hmac + postAction from the templateModel JSON literal correctly but then POSTed the password straight to the identifier URL — got HTTP 405 every time, because the email-page hmac is bound to the identifier session only. v2.11.4 does the full upstream-canonical flow: POST email + identifier-hmac → identifier URL, regex-extract the FRESH hmac out of the response (the password page), swap "identifier" → "authenticate" in the URL path, POST email + password + fresh-hmac + relayState → authenticate URL. Pattern lifted from the audi_services.py implementation.
• Skoda charging-statistics timezone header. The upstream charging-statistics replacement endpoint (which we adopted preemptively in v2.11.0) tightened its server-side parser to require X-Device-Timezone: GMT instead of accepting any Olson zone. Switched from Europe/Berlin to GMT so the endpoint stops 400'ing on accounts where the server got picky.
• SEAT / CUPRA climatisation field-layout for newer firmware (#411 heidle78 scout). The scout caught two new top-level keys in the climatisation response: climatisationStatus (state / remaining-time / outside-temp moved here) and windowHeatingStatus (front/rear states moved here). Parser now checks the new sub-blocks first and falls back to the legacy status-wrapped layout for older firmwares.
• Auto-reporter empty-body issues (#409, #412 — empty bodies). Some browsers silently drop the body query param when the final encoded URL crosses 8KB. URL-encoded markdown inflates ~1.5x, so the 6500-char budget we shipped overflowed in some cases. Dropped to 4000 raw → ~6000 encoded so even chatty error reports survive the round-trip.
