CUPRA / SEAT static vehicle info fix.

What's new

SEAT / CUPRA static vehicle info from garage (#392 heidle78 v2.10.8 follow-up diag). Pre-v2.10.10 the SEAT/CUPRA parser only cached licensePlate and nickname from the OLA garage payload; model, model_year, manufacturer, and firmware_version stayed at the dataclass default of None even though the garage response carries them. The device card showed "Unbekannt" for every CUPRA/SEAT user. Now extracts them in get_vehicles with defensive multi-variant lookup matching pycupra references (model/modelName, modelYear/year, brand/manufacturer/brandName, firmwareVersion/softwareVersion, plus a specifications/vehicleSpecification sub-block) and caches per VIN like the existing licensePlate + nickname pattern.
