• Revised dictionary list user interface
• Implemented ability to turn dictionaries on/off. Sometimes it's difficult to find
  entries from a specific dictionary in lookup results if many dictionaries are open. Dictionaries that are turned off are excluded from lookup, but are available when navigating from bookmarks and history.

• Fixed crash when trying to open some articles containing percent (%) character in the title
