Instructions for GPTK integration

This release introduces the integration of an external library to extend compatibility to dx12 and improve dx11 compatibility, all you need to do is to download the dmg image and mount it then click "Locate external resources" and point to the drive you just mounted

Then you can proceed as you usually do with CXPatcher by drag'n dropping your crossover app
