Replaces WinRing0 driver with PawnIO. Driver has to be installed manually. I will probably work on a dedicated PBO app at some point as that seems to be the most used feature of the debug tool.

CO and other SMU functions should be working.

Known Issues

• WriteDword and WriteDwordEx are not supported yet - no equivalent in the new driver modules
• There seems to be some conflict with HwInfo and possibly other apps using the same global PCI mutex, but I still can't understand why
• Several functions are limited in the allowed range to read/write, such as MSR-related methods, read/write/scan PCI config
• Missing error handling for several functions
• FACE-IT blocks the new driver
