v1.3.4-diagnostico — Samsung diagnostic build (#77, #80)

Samsung only, for the people in #77 and #80. Same code as v1.3.4 with the two Samsung knobs at the rc1 values (add-on queries two at a time, one GIF frame decoded ahead), plus automatic log upload: this build sends the app log to the maintainer by itself — at start (device info), after 5 s, every 20 s, when the app closes, and the log of the previous session on the next start. Nothing else is different. Install it, open the app once (even if it freezes), then open it once more so the frozen session's log goes out. Remove it when done; the normal releases never upload anything without the Send log button. The updater ignores pre-releases.
