Fixes and improvements

• #97 — Fixed idioma_tab sort order so binary search works with English UI (was returning Portuguese strings when English was enabled).
• #93 — Continue watching: OK on the card triggers playback again (cwOkLocal).
• #87 — IMDb badge on continue-watching cards; per-episode ratings from TMDB season data.
• #94 — Cast list filled from TMDB up to CAT_ELENCO_MAX.
• #89 — Posters that are not ~2:3 use contain instead of cover on cards.
• Settings — valor[] aligned with AJ_CW_OK (fixes misaligned defaults on fresh installs, including Samsung).
• LG webOS — Release LS2 on SIGTERM / app_encerrar; PID fallback when fixed LSRegister name is held after deploy; arm.sh waits for the old process to exit; trailer startup backs off after register failures.
• Artwork — Filter TMDB .svg logos; hero keeps title art when returning from detail (no premature title text); restore catalog logo on detail close when enrichment cleared it.
• #73 — Post-play / Up next rules covered by tests/posplay.sh (credit chapter marker vs final 2 minutes).

Suggested QA

• Samsung: clean build (tools/tizen.sh → WGT), smoke CW / trailer / language / cast / posters; avoid regression vs 1.3.10.
• LG: bash tools/arm.sh --alto-cache; trailer should reach [video] pronto; logo survives detail → home round-trip.
• #82 / #86 — Landed in 1.3.11; close after TV confirmation.

Deferred

• #92 ASS/SSA subtitles — next milestone (no libass renderer yet).
