Fixed
- The app could close by itself when opening a live channel. Two pieces of the source search used a function that is not safe to call from several threads at once; they overwrote each other and the app died. Present in 1.1.2 and 1.1.3.
- "Update now" installed the high-cache build on every LG. It picked the first
.ipkin the release, and that happens to be the high-cache one. It now picks the build you are actually running, and says which one that is. Present since 1.1.0. - Live channels from add-ons that require a Referer now play (LG). The add-on tells the app which headers its CDN demands; the app was dropping them, so the CDN answered 403 and the screen said the source could not be opened.
Notes
The channel fix is LG only. On Samsung the video player accepts a cookie and a user agent but has no way to send a Referer, which is the one this kind of CDN checks — so those channels still will not open there. Nothing in this release changes what you had chosen; it only repairs what was broken.
