Fixed
- Hero and poster art looked washed out / jagged (#54). Images were downscaled with nearest-neighbour sampling (SDL_BlitScaled), which drops whole columns — a 1920 backdrop cut to the 1280 cap lost one column in three, and the GPU then stretched the jagged result back up. Downscaling is now a proper area average. Affects every image, worst on Tizen where the hero always went through it.
- Trakt "Continue watching" backdrops came from TMDB at w780 and were upscaled 1.8x in the hero. Now w1280 like everything else.
- Settings showed the wrong version (stuck at 1.0.44). The version now comes from the package manifest at build time.

- Update notice. When a newer release exists on GitHub, a card shows the version and its notes once; Settings also shows "installed · new" on the version line.
