Fixed
- Catalogs cut with no explanation: the global declaration ceiling (256 catalogs summed across all add-ons) now goes to 512, and the log names what was cut — per add-on it now says "quota reached, manifest actually has N" instead of silently dropping the tail. This is the remaining half of issue #42's "some rows were not showing no matter what": the per-add-on quota already stopped one big add-on from taking everything, but several modest add-ons could still sum past the global cap. Timed-out catalogs are now named in the log too.
Everything else from v1.0.45 carries over (TV Guide + EPG, CH± zapping, Watch from the beginning, Trakt re-auth, Home Rows sheet fixes).
