Fixes
#38 — Continue Watching not updating: the "Continue Watching" row is now rebuilt on its own thread when exiting the player or when account progress is received, without waiting for the next discovery cycle. A title appears immediately once playback progress is recorded, and completed titles are removed.
#39 — Delayed hero/backdrop: hero artwork is now prewarmed to disk as soon as a card receives focus, and the switch only happens once the new texture is ready (or the 400 ms timeout is reached). The current hero remains visible until then — no black screen.
#44 — Website collections not appearing: tmdb and trakt sources from collections installed through the Nuvio website are now loaded natively. The folder is no longer discarded just because it does not have an addon source.
#45 — Profile picture GIFs: .gif profile avatars animate while focused on Tizen. On webOS, the profile picture remains static, following the same behavior as collection covers.
Validation
Tested on an LG webOS TV (192.168.1.32): stable 60 FPS, no crashes, Continue Watching updated after playback, hero transitions without a black screen, and 169 collections loaded.
