v1.0.33 — collections reach the home when they arrive

Collections now reach the home screen when they arrive (#30).

The home decides whether to rebuild itself from a signature, and that signature watched the catalog rows and nothing else. Collections come from your account after the catalog has settled, so the signature never changed, the rebuild never ran, and the folders sat in memory without reaching the screen. Toggling a row off and on in Settings worked because it changed the signature by accident; restarting put you back where you started.

Two earlier attempts at this issue missed. The first only made the app report rows it had cut. The second changed a list that, with the default settings, the home does not read at all. I said "fixed" about both, and that was wrong twice — thanks for reopening.

This release also carries the licence the repository was missing: GPLv3, matching the upstream app and the sibling web fork. Without a licence file the legal default is all rights reserved, which is not what a public repository should be.
