v1.0.30 — BingeCat catalogs actually load, and the BLUE button opens your saved list

BingeCat finally works. v1.0.28 shipped half the fix; this one has the part that mattered. BingeCat hands out its manifest as .../manifest.json?ver=N, and the code that strips the suffix to build a base URL only recognised /manifest.json at the exact end of the string. Every catalog request became the manifest again, so all 21 catalogs came back empty. Measured on a C9 after the fix: 0 empty catalogs, 7 rows instead of 6. (#24, and very likely #18 too — same signature.)

Continue Watching updates when you leave the player, not on the next app start. (#25)

Faster hero on Samsung. Tizen decodes heroes at 1280 instead of 1920. The Samsung was overrunning its frame budget on 18 of 24 heroes and evicting up to 56 textures per pass; the LG, with more room, keeps 1920. (#21)

Saved list, on the BLUE button. The old sidebar showed a Trakt activity panel almost nobody opened. The BLUE button (CHANNEL + on Samsung — the colour row is not a real button on newer One Remotes) now opens Salvos, the list the + saves to. First time you open the app after updating, a card explains it and lets you choose where + saves: this TV, or your Trakt watchlist. Nothing changes for anyone who already had Trakt linked.

Also: turning an addon on takes effect immediately instead of at the next launch; Samsung thread pool 12 → 20 (12 ran dry in real use and blocked the main thread); the official Nuvio avatars appear on the profile screen; Profile and stats opens the Trakt page directly.
