Fixed

• Fix bitswap unable to retrieve content from providers whose advertised addresses are stale or unreachable but whose real listen addresses the DHT host has already learned. With --dht-shared-host=false (the default), addresses from the DHT host's peerstore are now merged into the bitswap host's peerstore on each Connect, matching kubo and ipfs-check (both of which run DHT and bitswap on the same host). (#372)
