IOST v4.0.0 is a mandatory, backward-incompatible upgrade.
Changes in this release:
- Upgrade to Go 1.27.2 and Ubuntu 26.04, with updated node images and build environments.
- Update core dependencies and Protobuf/gRPC generated code.
- Improve transaction pool management, transaction processing, and block validation.
- Improve node service stability, network communication, and resource management.
- Fix iwallet signing and command issues, and improve SDK and wallet key management.
- Update build, CI, deployment, and end-to-end test scripts.
- Disable the v3.10.0 fork.
