Added full light theme support for the main WPF UI and supporting WPF dialogs/windows.

Updated WMT-GUI.ps1 app version to 5.8.
Reworked Drive Benchmark for more reliable, longer-running real disk I/O results with CrystalDiskMark/diskspd-style timing behavior.
Optimized Firewall Manager loading by lazy-loading base rules in a background runspace and loading selected-rule details on demand.
Moved DNS and DoH work to background runspaces so the UI stays responsive during network changes.
Rewrote Broken Shortcut Manager with a larger responsive UI, progress/status feedback, rescan/stop controls, and right-click utilities.
Improved theme colors, naming, and visibility in dark/light modes.
Improved Advanced Cleanup community rule list layout so bottom buttons are not overlapped.
