Completely rewrote Startup Manager with improved layout, tabs, colors, templates, search behavior, and enabled/disabled status indicators.
Integrated Scheduled Tasks into Startup Manager and removed the old standalone Task Scheduler window.
Added full context-menu management support inside Startup Manager.
Reworked Startup Manager enable/disable handling to write directly to the Windows StartupApproved registry locations instead of using temporary WMT registry keys.
Updated tweak controls so already-active choices are grayed out and only the opposite action can be selected.
Improved global search so selecting a result can execute the target function directly instead of only switching tabs.
