Fixed

• memory_writeback loads on kernels whose enum wb_reason has no
  WB_REASON_LAPTOP_TIMER, such as 7.0. The CO-RE relocation for it
  failed, the verifier rejected writeback_start, and the sampler failed
  with Invalid argument (os error 22). Each reason is now compared only
  when the running kernel's enum has it; writeback_runs with
  reason=laptop_timer stays at zero on kernels without it (#1572).
  Backported from 6.0 (#1578) in #1580.
• The release workflow updates the Homebrew formula again. It failed for
  5.29.0 because Homebrew now refuses formulae from an untrusted tap; the
  workflow runs brew trust --tap iopsystems/iop after brew tap.
