This update it comes with fixes.
FIX Fixing Applying issues in Windows 10, If you updated Windows 10 (eg. 19044.1826) and apply the script, Windows will says Undoing Changes when reboot.
Applying the script for first time should be faster!
For (#4 ) I've make an workaround, but it should work now. If this no work, Go to Settings -> Apps and Features -> Find the securehealthui and click options , and click on Reset. Applying the script again should solve the issue.
