A long story...

• added tweaks to undervolt CPU and forcing core parking by default in Windows. killed throttle and better CPU temp.
• fixes for Windows 11 26H1+
• disable force experimentation (including moments update)
• enabled hidden cursor hardware acceleration to reduce CPU usage when a gaming mouse with high DPI
• tweaked values for MouseQueueSize and KeyboardQueueSize to 100 (64 decimal)
• optimized disk tweaks and nvme timeouts (powerplan policy) to get maximum speed on disk
• disabled and killed online Microsoft AI (paint, notepad, recall etc.)
• killed and removed Resume component (its a process which continusly runs and hangs some RAM, but Your Phone app will not Work)
• removed some 'policy' tweaks
• removed u-block origin forcing instalation on Chrome and Edge browsers, because its not working anymore on Chrome/Edge, version 140+ if you've have version less than 140, you can re-add the good old extension with just a registry tweak.
• improved some system stability and removed some experimentation profile to keep explorer stable
• configured desktop and folder to run in explorer.exe processes (for stability when you're playing with files)
• system kernel stabilization tweaks
• keeped hyper-v services, those are not removed anymore because it can used for Windows Sandbox or HyperV VM
• remove Windows Health Service (telemetry, does not rely with Windows Security or Defender. Check Defender Remover 13 change log for more infos.)
• added HVCI toggle (if you're playing with AntiCheats and those can be paused such Vanguard) , but it disable HVCI at first start. that's why its a toggle.
