Description
This PR adds a new pop-up banner that will be removed on the upcoming 9th, based on an image from Bitdefender. This banner will be recurring and will alternate with the one for free users, so the existing logic has been reused — which, by the way, has been modified to improve the user experience. The rest of the banners have been removed for now.
