This PR introduces the superbowl campaign, this campaign introduces a new theme for the people who use the codes "SUPERBOWL80" | "SPECIALX80" | "REDDIT80" | "IGSPECIAL80", everything related to the checking and providing the theme had been introduced.
Also a new features banner design had been done.
