Release Date: 19-10-2026

🚀 Enhancements

  • Help Center articles now appear as soon as they're drawn, without waiting for every image to finish loading.

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a crash that could occur on early iOS 26.0 betas when opening a conversation.
  • Fixed an issue where a device token could be rejected if it was registered right after the user granted notification permission.
  • Fixed an issue where the sender, timestamp and "via Klipy" credit on GIF messages could stretch across the full message width, or the credit could be missing.

NOTE: CocoaPods is being deprecated

  • CocoaPods is winding down its central package trunk, which becomes read-only on 2 December 2026.
  • In line with this, we are deprecating CocoaPods as an installation method for Intercom's iOS SDK. We will stop publishing new versions of the Intercom pod in our final release before that date.
  • If you currently install Intercom with CocoaPods, please migrate to Swift Package Manager: add https://github.com/intercom/intercom-ios-sp as a Swift Package in Xcode. You can also add Intercom.xcframework manually (see the README).
  • Versions already published to CocoaPods will continue to install as normal, so your existing builds will keep working. They will not receive new updates.
