• Fixed MPEG2 decoding caps issue of incorrect max resolution on TGL platform.
• Corrected watchdog timer on MTL to avoid media reset happen for high bitrate bitstream decoding
• Fixed driver crash issue when AV1 encoding numtilegroup > 10.
• Added block size selection and caps report for VP9 encoding segmentation.
• Improved de-interlace video processing filter to report caps correctly.
