The following features were added in this release:

• New default number of queues for high core count platforms
• Mutual exclusion of LAG and SR-IOV was removed
• Support for Linux Secure Boot
• Flow subscription for proviledged VFs

Several improvements and fixes were implemented. A few noteworthy:

• GNSS is disabled by deafault
• Fix IRQ affinity issues when set by user
• Numerous, small PTP code improvements
• Refactor statistics
