Improvements and fixes

• App launch display preferences are now respected whenever no game is actively in the foreground
• Cocoon now restores custom themes after a low-memory restart without showing the device-start loading screen when returning from a game
• OOM Crashes from high RAM pressure now makes Cocoon reopen as pitch black until it can successfully recover - resulting in a much less jarring experience when playing Switch/Windows games
• Large library scrapes no longer risk crashing when using media-heavy themes
• Added optional Cocoon diagnostic log capture with direct text-file export for support (Settings -> System & Advance). Do not enable this for no reason as it writes every log to your device, resulting in performance loss.
• Fixed list-view folders freezing or heavily lagging while loading themed game icons
• Faster startup if not after a device restart
