Changes
- Added an option to automatically pause channel trailer videos on desktop (default: enabled)
- Added Chinese translation for the options page, by @movcoa
- Added hiding new groups of 3 Shorts which now appear inline in the Home feed on desktop
- Changed the Hide video endscreen content option to also hide previous/next buttons
- Changed the Hide video end cards option to also hide end cards in embedded videos
- Fixed removing pink gradient from progress bars (again)
- Fixed hiding the info box under a video's channel name on desktop
- Fixed detection of Home and Subscriptions videos on desktop having their progress updated, or being replaced by another video
- Removed the separate option for hiding endscreen content in embedded videos - the Hide video endscreen content option now controls this everywhere
