Hide Ask YouTube in Search
This new option removes most of the new UI cruft related to Ask YouTube including hiding suggestions when the search input is empty - the Search button is moved up to the end of the input.
(These screenshots also have the option to hide the voice search button enabled)

Hide GIFs in comments
This initially just hides the GIFs, we can add sub-options for hiding posts which are only a GIF and threads which are just GIFs later, but this causes weirdness if you have e.g. a thread where someone posted a GIF then people replied to it.
