YouTube rolled out more UI changes on desktop which broke some features
- Added a German translation by @uDEV2019
- Fixed disabling themed hover effects
- Fixed using square corners for some UI elements
- Fixed restoring the list view layout
- Fixed showing full video titles
- Fixed width of movie result in Search when making thumbnails smaller on desktop
- Moved the channel avatar below video metadata when not showing it as a header in the restored list view on desktop
