Changes
- Fixed hiding streamed videos on desktop
- Fixed displaying the channel name as a header when restoring list view on desktop
- Fixed hiding low view videos in Related on desktop
- Fixed hiding watched videos on mobile
- Hide new video metadata module (e.g. Game, People mentioned) on desktop
- Removed the "Disable enlarged UI in theater mode" option for desktop, as YouTube seems to have fixed this
