Changes
- Added an option to display the Subscriptions grid view as a list on desktop, for list users stuck in grid view as part of current YouTube A/B tests
- Added a sub-option to control whether or not the channel avatar and name is used as a header, to make more space for videos
- Removed the Restore "Upload date" search filter option, as it's now been removed from the YouTube API
