Changes
- Added an option to restore the order of sidebar items, which moves Subscriptions to its former position in the new sidebar
- Added a sub-option for Tidy Guide sidebar to control whether or not Subscriptions is hidden (default: enabled)
- Enabled the new sidebar options by default, as the changes they revert seem to be very unpopular
